My approach is relational at its core. I blend evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness with a holistic awareness of your lived experiences and values. Sessions with me might include exploring patterns, identifying what’s no longer serving you, and experimenting with new ways of responding to life’s challenges.
I have experience supporting adults and adolescents facing significant mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, ADHD, substance abuse, and schizophrenia. Beyond clinical diagnoses, I also work with people who are in the midst of major life transitions, helping to make sense of the challenges that can become more apparent during these times.
I love working with clients who want to deepen their self-understanding, address old wounds, and develop practical tools for daily life.
